Old hosts backup files

Everytime I update the spybot, a new hosts backup files is added to the windows and now I have nearly 60 files, each bearing a particular date. Can the old files be deleted and if so how ??

If you no longer need or want them, just manually delete them.

The deletion of the backups may be automated in future releases of Spybot. See:
