Per your request, HJT Log

Hi,
Hate to be a pain but I have tried jersey/u, jersey /u, jersey / u, Jersey /u, evertime I get the same message "cannot find jersey"
I must be doing something wrong.

By the way, If I am using spybot do I still have to have the other antispy stuff like Norton and the other ones or will spybot take care of the system?

Hi Bill,

Spybot is good for antispyware protection. However, you need to have antivirus program running there too.


Let's try removing with a batch file.

Open notepad and then copy and paste the bolded lines below into it. Go to File > save as and name the file fixes.bat, change the Save as type to all files and save it to your desktop.
@echo off
c:
cd\documents and settings\william kolt\Desktop
jersey /u

Double-click on fixes.bat file to execute it.
