perfect keylogger

I got perfect keylogger on my computer,I tried to destroy it but no result.I am tired of this spyware,I can't log on my yahoo or some important pages.Can anybody share some experiences about this case ? I use spybot,antispyware,antivirus,....but I could delete it on my computer.Plesea help me.:sad:
