perflib_perfdata_50c.dat in TEMP directory

I have a file called perflib_perfdata_50c.dat in my temp directory that cannot be deleted. I did a search on Google and it only came up with some foreigh posts that seamed like they were talking about Malware or some type of virus.

Anybody ever have this issue?
