permanantly removing Redtube

each time i run spybot search and destroy it finds Redtube
i then remove it. it says its gone and places green checkmark but next scan it is back.
i have run the scan in safemode same result.
how do i get rid of this permanantly?

Please post a log of the actual detections you are getting. To do that:

• Run another scan.
• When the scan completes, right click on the results list, select "Copy results to clipboard".
• Then paste (Ctrl+V) those results to a new post in this thread.
