Persistent malware

I keep running Spybot scans for malware, and the same virus seems to come back each time I scan: HKUS\S-1-5-21--2121311564-41628063...Reg Chg Malware F03796FC. Is there another way to get rid of this virus or malware? Thanks for your help.:sad:

Which operating system do you have,and what version of Spybot do you have?

My operating system is: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. My Spybot version is: Spybot - Search & Destroy 2.2 Free Edition. Can you help me?

Then scan again,and see if it returns.
