PlatinumAdvitiser

I can't get rid of the malware "PlatinumAdvitiser" on Firefox (3.5.6).
After running spybot, it's identified and then I fix it.
But the next time I use firefox, it will come again and open various undesired window on various sites.
My OS is windows7 64 bits.
This doesn't affect ie8.
Any help in order to kill it for once?
