The Spybot-S&D forums are for everything Spybot-S&D related.

Spybot logs, questions, feedback, reports etc. (Only Spybot-S&D logs are to be posted in this forum unless requested by Team Spybot)

If you have an infection that cannot be removed and need Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and aswMBR logs analyzed, (no DDS or HJT logs unless requested) please follow the procedure in this link:

"BEFORE You POST"(Please read this Procedure Before Requesting Assistance) Then start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forum

A volunteer analyst will take a look at the system and advise you as soon as possible. Other logs may be requested as needed.

Malware forum FAQ

Members, please do not post fixes/tools, advice to reformat, or any malware removal instructions, in any of the forums.

Our malware forum analysts have spent a great deal of time training in order to graduate and voluntarily help others clean up their computers in as safe a manner as possible.

In addition the expertise required in malware removal demands they spend time constantly updating their knowledge.

Therefore, unauthorized malware removal advice will be removed, as will links to self help FAQS off site that we deem not to be appropriate.
