Please help, a nasty one remains

Hi.
I have cleaned a computer from a total mess and have been successfull until this moment.
there is a "o20 winlogon-dll-thing" wich I have used killbox to remove after reboot, and then run hijackthis, and guess what, THERE IS A NEW .dll-file everytime.
I have redone this many times and every time there is a new file.
So now I'll rely on you guys who are into this game.
