Please help I have Virtumonde and Smitfraud

First off let me state that I do not know much about computers so your paitence is appreciated. Computer has been acting very weird constant pop ups and running very slow and not typing correctly I updated Spybot yesterday and ran system scan and had 32 problems fixed but there are a few that keep coming back I disconnected from network and scanned and also scanned in safe mode without success. Please help me get rid of these viruses!
