Please help me! can't get rid of pop ups!

Hi guys, I'm new to the forum and spybot s&d in general, I've always had adaware on my computer and that was all i needed but recently, out of nowhere i got a wave of viruses on my computer, now i have spybot S&d, spyware doctor, and adaware, combined they all have gotten rid of many viruses, but none of them have been able to get rid of the pop ups I'm getting online, can someone please help me!? here is my hijackthis log
