Please help me

Windows 7 (64 bit)

So my computer has been under attack for weeks now. I was hoping that Spybot would be able to clean at least some things up until I can find someone to help me reinstall Windows, but I just ran the free version (I don't want to pay until I know it can actually help) & now it's stuck & won't download updates.

What do I do?

It also said there was a corrupt file or it didn't download everything, but then continued. sigh

I don't know what to do.

So some of these things I don't understand. I unchecked the KSPICO b/c that was for my Win key.

The rest like IE. I don't use IE & why is 7zip there? It zips files.

Windows media player shouldn't be infected, is it?

Paint I use all of the time, does that have something attached to it?

The scan only took less than 9 mins. & I have many HDs. Does it only scan C & not the rest?
