Please reccomend a reasonable schedule for all the tools...

In the process of trying to get Windows 7 to "wake the computer" to start the various processes I lost the default schedule. Without going overboard how often should I schedule everything to run. Full scan appears to have defaulted to once a month...can that be right?

Yes,the scan is ordinarily once a month.Refresh immunization is every Wednesday.I changed my updates slightly,I think what mine was originally was Check for Updates at logon for any user,and then it checked every five minutes after that.
