pop-up bug

hi.
i have recently been experiencing an annoying pop-up whenever i use google.
(i do not think it affects anything other than google).
it is totally blank and at the top of the window is called
C:\Program Files\PeDevice\tmp\tmp.html
i recently have deleted ipwins and Rio MediaTicket from my computer.
but i cannot work out how to kill this one!
please help!

ok the same pop-up happens on altavista as well.
