Popup every half and hour......

I been facing this popup for several days now and I just cant find the solution to it, so I wish I can get some help from this forum~!!!! The problem is I scanned my pc for the last few days with whatever spyware removal software as well as anti-virus program, but nothing can stop the popup.

*Run SUPERAntispyware
  • Load Superantispyware and click the check for updates button.
  • Once the update is finished click the scan your computer button.
  • Check Perform Complete Scan and then next.
  • Superantispyware will now scan your computer and when its finished it will list all the infections it has found.
  • Make sure that they all have a check next to them and press next.
  • Click finish and you will be taken back to the main interface.
  • Click Preferences and then click the statistics/logs tab. Click the dated log and press view log and a text file will appear.
  • Copy and paste the log onto the forum.

Hi, Sorry for the delay..

Have you managed to delete the folder I asked you to delete?

Do you use the following codec?

C:\Program Files\Ringz Studio\Storm Codec

I've run into some threads in which when the helper scanned that file, it was detected as something infected by a few scanners..

If you are not using it, I suggest that you uninstall that codec by going to start > control panel > add or remove programs then remove that codec and delete the following folder:

C:\Program Files\Ringz Studio

Empty your Recycle Bin.

2. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.
