Port Scan/Activity Monitoring Tool

Is there a program that can scan my ports and also tell me if information or activity is taking place between my computer and the internet?


I keep on having trouble running cmd and ping,

I then scan it with a virus or spyware program it cleans it up but then the problem appears again after start up.
