Possible infection

Hey guys,
There's a file that I installed on my computer that makes me worry its an infected file, reason being is that it was also installed on my friends' computer and that became infected. I just need some re-assurance.

Copy/paste the Trend Micro HijackThis 2.0.2 log and result of the on-line anti virus scan into a new topic, then I will close this one as helpers look for zero response.
