Problem running spybot

Have had spybot for some time. Today downloaded the most recent updates, on running S&D, it would run for a short period and then an error message would appear stating " No disk detected, insert disc". On selecting the the continue option the error window would remain , even after selecting cancel. This would happen at the same point " 7593/57301.Coolwwwwsearch.Feat2Installer". Any ideas as to why this is happening, and what I should do?

If you have a device with removable media try inserting the media into the device. This usually happens if drive C: is assigned to a device with removable media, although at one time in the past there was a detection rule that pointed to a specific drive and caused trouble.
