problem start up S&D

Hello,

I downloaded S&D, but it won't start.
It get's stuck when it starts up and then it is looping.
Could you please help?

Please try booting into safe mode,then see if Spybot will start then:

S&D worked in safe mode and after scanning also normally.

Spybot was able to start and scan when you booted into your computer in normal mode,after the safe mode scan?
Well,that was easy.
If you have any more problems running Spybot,please post back.

also if your using vista or windows 7, you might want to run the app or install the app in administrator mode, just right click on the file and on top you will see " run as administrator"
