problem with cpu usage

Hi .My problem is cpu usage because when i start my computer first 1-2 minutes cpu is 100%.I have many viros
but i cleaned and delete with avast .I delete the files who didn't delete but i don't know the is he problem .When i start Spybot I wait one minute i don't know .Please help

I am with 1.5.0.9 but i have this problem before install spybot .Now wneh i strart spybot i wait and it scan very slowly

We already have located the startup problems in Spybot S&D version 1.5 and fixed it.
