Spybot - Search & Destroy V 2.4.40

I've always the problem that I suddenly do not receive more data from the Internet , although the connection is available.
All open windows will freeze.
In the event viewer I find the laid down in the Appendix error message each time.
How can I fix this error, without uninstalling Spybot.
