I posted a thread yesterday about my issue with a Virtumonde infection. The poster who replied asked me to follow the steps in another thread, but as mentioned in my last post, I am unable to access the internet because of the virus, and consequently cannot download HJ or any other program. My system cannot open any external devices either, as when I do it immediately reboots.
I fear a full restore might be my only option, but sincerely hope I am wrong
