Delete this:

Empty Recycle Bin

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune and save
it to desktop.

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

If you use Firefox browser

Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

If you use Opera browser

Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

Click Exit to close ATF-Cleaner.

Re-scan with kaspersky

I have a question for you. When my anti-virus find a malware or a virus, they ask me if i want to delete it or put it in quarantine. What I suppose to take? I always put in quarantine but i don't know if it's good?

Quarantine is always the safest as you can restore file from it if needed (false positives).

Empty this folder

C:\Documents and Settings\Vladimir Sanon\Local Settings\Temp\

Empty Recycle Bin

All other viruses are in system restore and inactive.

I give you later instructions how to empty it.

Other than that, any problems left?

First, when my windows Xp open, I have a windows who tell me that ''Error loading C:/WIndows/system32/gzmrt.dll. I don't know if you can help me with that.
Second, i got problem with my browser. When I open it, the character is very strange i make a print screen. There's the link http://rapidshare.com/files/75979872/Document.rtf.html
Third, my internet connection is very very very slow. It's a lot of time just to open a site web. It has never been like that before. So i have no idea why it's like that.

Fix this entry and it will be gone:

Check from control panel that localisation settings are set your own language.

Well are these DNS servers of your ISP?

Try to empty browser cache and tell me if that works for 2)

As for 3) do this:

Go start run type cmd and hit OK
type
ipconfig /flushdns
then hit enter, type exit hit enter
(that space between g and / is needed

And check also in services.msc (start -> run) whether or not DNS client service is running.
 
ok for the browser nothing change the same thing

and the internet i did all the things. and yes the dns client is running

If you set google.ca as your homepage does it look the same?

If internet is still slow, check all settings that they are correct (computer + modem/router).
 
Yes for every site that they have some text,
and for internet .. are you saying that my computer is ok .. my internet is slow because of my connections ??

No, I'm saying that there is something wrong with your settings.

Do you have a manual etc. for Bell Canada internet from which you can check default settings?
