Problems downloading

Hi,
Am trying to download and am getting the following
message


Downloading an additional file for your computer
File:updallocator.php(1of1)
Status:Resolving www.safer-networking.org

'error sending request
The server name and address cannot be verified'

I am using Zone ALARM and have already downloaded sucessfully to my desktop.
