ive tried every thing to contact the customer support team,... but no replies what so ever,..

Please make sure that you enable emails from safer-networking.ie as sometimes it happens that web-based email services such as gmail, hotmail or yahoo transfer emails from Safer-Networking straight to the spam filter.
