Purchased SpyBot Pro preorder, SpyBot now INOP

Hi all. My trial period was up, and i decided to purchase SpyBot, thru the "pre-order" of course. However, now when i open SpyBot up, it will not function, it only will direct me to the "purchase license" page. I am not sure SpyBot is working now, that is protecting my PC. I read on another thread that you won't get a "key" until the actual release of SpyBot. What can i do about this? Do i have to download another trial version in the meantime? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

If you did purchase the Pre-Order version the download information should have already been send to you.
It may have been recognized as spam by your email provider.

So it's not true that there won't be a license until the 2.0 final is out.

If you have problems downloading please feel free to send an e-mail to:
sales(at)spybot.info or software(at)spybot.info . We can then send you the download information again.

If you have the new version installed and still get a dialog about the license please make a fresh system start.
