Question about the Spybot S&D license

I was reading the Sybot S&D license this morning to see what the terms are for use in a business environment.

I found this in the license:

II.e. Corporate use
As companies are not individual persons and would have problems fullfilling the above terms, there is a license for corporate users that can be found at safer-networking.ie.

and I wondered what terms in the rest of the license would corporations "have problems fullfilling"?
