Question on a deletion?

Hi...this is my first post and i hope i'm posting this in the right place. I'm getting a message from Search and Destroy as follows:

Category: System Startup user entry
Change: Value deleted
Entry: SpyBotDeletingB1826
Old Data: command /c del "C:\WINDOWS\system32\qeojpndv.dll_old"

I'm not sure if i'm to allow change or deny change????

Allow. This is because Spybot has successfully removed the threat. Since the entry was a RunOnce entry, you can safely allow it.
