Quick question: How to manually setup a run-at-boot?

How would I manually set-up Spybot to run at boot before Windows completely loads, as is required with loaded DLLs and such? Thanks.
 
There is an option to run Spybot at system startup. You could see if that accomplishes what you want.
  • Go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced mode > Settings > Settings > look for "System start" (located half way down the page).
  • Check the option: "Automatically run program at system startup".
  • Plus any other desired options under "System start".
