Quickbooks freezes

This morning my Quickbooks froze. After using restore and talking to McAfee I removed spybot and spyware blaster and now QB works. Does anyone know which program caused the problem? I have been using both of them problem free for years and depend on them to keep my machine clean.

spybot sd resident (teatimer)

might have been the cause for it to not work. You might have denied a registry change or something that would have caused quickbooks to not run properly. Try installing spybot again without the teatimer (spybot sd resident) and if your problems stop, then that is what happened. Other then what i suggested, I would not have any idea as to why it would cause such a problem.
What version of spybot were you running?
Also, what quickbooks version?
And your windows version?
