Redirecting virus

Hi,

I've found that when I click on links that come up when I do a Google search, I'm re-directed to a completely different website.

I know that this is a re-directing virus 'cause I had one before.

Can someone please give me a link to somewhere I can download Hi Jack This and help me to get rid of this please? It's really irritating!!
