A couple of more items, turn off TeaTimer and Deactivate the Resident Shield in AVG Anti-Spyware. Then use HJT to remove these two items:

Now nativate to this folder: C:\PROGRA~1\ALWILS~1\ <<< delete this folder

Restart the computer and if those items are gone, there is no need to post again unless you wish to.

AVG Anti-Spyware is a good program but it does use some resources. Once the trial is over you can update and use the scanner for as long as you wish, but unless you purchase it you should turn it off completely so it does not run unless you start it manually.

However, I looked thoroughly in programs and there was no 'avista'. So couldn't delete that.

Look over your HJT log carefully, I am still seeing these items??

I can only think the Resident Shield in AVG Anti-Spyware is keeping those entries in HJT.
I would look with all files and folders enabled and make sure those two folders are gone:
C:\Program Files\ewido anti-spyware 4.0\
C:\PROGRAM FILES~1\mcafee.com\
then I would turn of the Resident Shield and remove those lines from the HJT log. They are not malware, but there is no reason for them to be there.

Went in to c:program files and deleted 'ewido'. There was no sign of McAfee. I then disabled resident and did the HJT scan after checking the 2 components. I think they're gone now.
