Regcleaner.exe listed by Spybot for the first time

I am a PC builder and repairer . I have used regcleaner by Jouni Vuoro Software for ages as a brilliant tool for registry cleaning, but for the first time today it came up on a spybot run as a threat to remove.. I was very surpriseed. can anyone comment on this.. ? Thanks . Andy
