Hi,
and thanks for the willingness of helping.

I am home for the holidays and just found out that my parents computer was highly infected with all sorts of malware. I ran Spybot S&D and seem to have been able to clean it of it. Today I got a new pop-up window from Spybot S&D:

Can you tell me if this is connected to malware and if allow or deny would be the correct answer.

I should note that I just recently updated their windows as well. I am wondering if this might be connected to that.

I don't have an answer to your post, but I would help you if I could.

If you could tell me how you saved the spybot notice as a .gif for posting, that would probably help many others from toggling back and forth and avoid misinformation due to typos.

Simply use "Print Screen" and open Microsoft Paint. Paste it there and cut out the error message, and save it as a new document and choose file type .gif
