i tried to order some software via regnow.com but i found this domain listed in the hosts file. Why is this listed there?

Hello,

Do you have Spybot version 1.5 installed including the latest updates? If not please upgrade.
Then please "Undo" the Immunisation. Now the bad products are allowed.
Then "Immunize" again. This should solve the problem.

My question was, why is this domain blacklisted (the reason) ?
