Removal of Virtumonde

Spybot tells me I have this trojan.

I had turned off my internet then rebooted, and ran Spybot. It couldn't remove this trojan.

Please help me on removal of this, please.

I mistakenly thought my first message didn't post. So I am just letting you know this is a duplicate post.
