Remove default product from cookies.sbi?

My company is included in the default product listing in cookies.sbi. How do we prove ourselves to be a trustworthy e-commerce business and have ourselves removed (and/or white-listed) from the list? We have submitted a email via the online posting forms but have not received any reply. Thanks.

Would be nice to know to which company you belong to .
If you would like to have a review i would suggest to write an e-mail to reviews(at)spybot.info as the forum is not the right place to deal with reviews. Please provide also more informations what exactly is found from your product.
