Removing Trojan

SD could not remove Trojan.LNK.Poweliks.1.Gen - Executable. Do I need this link where located: \AppData\Local\857f51\5ee823.lnk.
What happens if I do?

Also, when I click on About for version, I get this message: Access violation at address 3055A487 in module 'SDScan.exe'. Read of address 000002AO.

Did Spybot flag and list the Trojan in the end result of the scan?

What is the operating system please.

Also list all security programs installed.
