repeated malware/smitfraud popup problem

Hello,
I'm having popups containing warnings that my computer is "infected" and that I can cure this problem by going to their website. The websites proferred are "www.clean32.com", "www.registrycleanerxp.com", and "www.sys32win.com". I ran ad-aware and spybot to no avail. I located smitfraud in my registry, downloaded "smitfraudfix" from another help site, and it eliminated it from my registry. After this the popup was still active. I just got the trial version of ZoneAlarm firewall, but I just want to actually eliminate the malware so I can download patch 2 for Microsoft XP. If you could take a look at my HijackThis journal , and tell me what I should delete, I would greatly appreciate it.

Let's check first that it isn't Messenger spam:

Please click Start > Run and type in: services.msc
Click OK
In the Services window find: Messenger
Select/highlight and right click the entry, and choose: Properties
On the General tab, under Service Status click the Stop button
Beside: Startup Type, in the drop menu, select: Disabled
Click Apply, then OK
