Reported threats how to determine importance?

First time here

I'm using the free version and a couple of recent scans reveals I have 6 threats, 2 are level 5 and 4 are level 1.

Are these levels regarded as dangerous bearing in mind I/you don't know what the threats are?

Are the threat levels measured i.e. The higher the number the more dangerous or is the lower the number more dangerous?

Thanks in advance I appreciate any help.
 
I asked this question the other day, surely someone else is experiencing this, can't believe I'm the only one who would like an answer......Is anyone listening/reading?
