Ron pop up ads

Hi... I have a virus on my system. I can't remove it. I tried with Spybot and ATF but no success. I keep getting Internet Explorer opening with Ron sponsored ads. The file is located in MyDocuments and is called yyy10424.exe
and I have Trend Micro Internet Security but won't quarantine it. Can you please help ????

Which version of Spybot-S&D are you running, open Spybot Search & Destroy > Help > About. There you will find version and date of last definitions.

Also what is your operating system?
