I ran Spybot and fixed problems, now I can't seem to run my MS Access project. How do I run any of my applications?
 
Do you recall which entries Spybot-Search&Destroy fixed?
You can find out in the 'Recovery' tab.

Also, what Operating System are you running? What version of Spybot (Help>About)?
