runtime error 500a2e98

i just bought the Home program. Winows 10.
i clicked on the System Scan and get a - runtime error 217 at 500A2E98.

now what?

immunization seems to work.

this is what i found

i,m not seeing anything in the middle window as your link suggested. but i clicked around and found this with the word spybot.

this is a new computer as of 3 weeks ago.
i went thru it shutting off all the apps and links in windows 10 to speed up my loadup time.
i did download a program to by pass the sign in screen.

then i downloaded spybot and i tried running the program. what i got was a message with this runtime error.
so i didnt get around to rechecking out spybot for about a week. (this computer rarely goes online. maybe 4 times for less than 10 mins. the longest was today when i checked for updates from spybot)

i get a message popping up every day saying to send it to you. but it does not tell me how.
