S&D 1.5.2 - update settings not saved

I have been having this problem with all 1.5 versions.

I set S&D to search for updates on programme start and to download if available, but for some reason these settings do not get saved. Is this a known bug?

Running XP Pro with Webroot Desktop Firewall.
 
It appears to work properly for me.

If you have multiple users logged on concurrently with Spybot running, make sure that the last user to exit Spybot changes those settings.
