Running Windows Vista Home Premium. I am the Administration of my machine. When I try to make changes (particularly trying to stop tea timer from starting with windows), Spybot tells me I must be the administration and to ugrade to that status. I AM the Administrator. How do I fix this issue?

I checked the link posted. Do you have to do that everytime you run S&D and want to make changes that require Administrator Rights?
 
Right click on the Spybot Icon then go to the compatibilitiy setings tab and tick the "Always run as administrator" option, that way you won't have to choose admin option everytime you want to run Spybot
