S & D Will not run

I just downloaded s&d but I cannot get it to run. Any suggestions.

it does not appear to be downloading the main files. is this correct?

What happens when you try to run Spybot?Are you getting any error messages,or will it just plain not start?

Could you tell me a little more about what you meant when you said Spybot didn't appear to be downloading the main files?

Are you having any other problems with your computer,any malware problems,stuff like that?
