SB tells me that my system is infected with Virtumonde.prx

That is why

after a short time of surfing the web or simply letting my system run, without doing anything...sometimes there appears a pop-up...one that only showed before, during infection.

i will start the steps you gave me...i hope that its okay with you

Does Spybot detect anything? Do the popups appear on certain sites?
