scanning objects

For some reason My spybot S&D on one of my computers only scans through around 10,000 objects when all my other Computers it scans through somewhere around 55,000 objects What may be the Problem?
 
Is the Spybot that only scans through around 10000 objects all updated,and everything?

Try opening Spybot,clicking mode,then Advanced Mode->Settings->File Sets.Does everything under Set/Filename have a check beside it,(excluding the Usage Tracks section)?
