Seamonkey and Spybot

I've had a good look about the forum at other queries and also followed this post.

My Seamonkey profile doesn't have a permissions.sqlite but does have a 20KB file called hostperm.1.

Seamonkey is the only thing S&D isn't immunising against and it's my preferred browser.

I'm running v1.1.12 on Windows XP professional. I also use Spyware Blaster, AVG free, Comodo Firewall and my Nvidia graphics card has ActiveArmour Firewall.

If anyone could shed some light, I'd be grateful!

I don't think Spybot supports SM. I use it too. It doesn't find bad cookies either.

It does but the trick took me ages to figure out, see http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?p=223873#post223873

Short version, you should close SeaMonkey before opening Spybot. (You may also need to close out the seamonkey systray quickstart thing too, not sure as I don't use that feature.) This is different from Firefox where support is still visible even while the browser is open and you get a warning dialog instead of the vanishing act.
