Security Toolbar 7.1

My computer has been infected by the secuirty toolbar 7.1. - Could you kindly help?

I'm not a computer wizard but tried hard to see if I could find something to fix the problem...

I went online to find out what I could do to remove this and although I have the full Macafee security program it was unable to detect the problem.

I also have XoftSpySE and although it found several problems it did not remove the toolbar.

I read that one can use the SmitfraudFix, which I also tried. This got rid of the pop-ups but I still have the toobar on my browser.

I have attached the rapport.

My computer runs Microsoft Windows XP Media Centre Edition, Version 2002, Service Pack 2. Wtih 1 GB ram.

I would appreciate any help you can.

Copy/paste the HJT log and result of the on-line anti virus scan into a new topic, I will close this one as helpers look for zero response.

XoftSpy may have been removed from the Rogue/Suspect Anti-Spyware Products & Web Sites list but note the product is not on the recommended list either.
